With the introduction of the great sprite eggs (spectra specific), the spectra race becomes potentially the strongest race in the empire.

If you are after being strongest, it will be worth going for. But don't waste ur time being strongest defense as players will bounty you and your defense is rubbished against higher level players. I recommend Spectra race for serious attackers. There might also be more goodies coming for the race.

You can also buy all the items needed for the spectra key or the key itself from other players. The key is currently selling for 35b-60b.

Interesting that one of the most defence oriented players in game would not recommend going defensive. I guess it's only OK if you're not spectre? Yes, you will get some players who will bounty you to destroy untouchable/assassins stat but build is irrelevant. Having a name like 'King's ATM - enjoy me' when you're not an ATM and have the most defensive gear available probably won't help your cause. Go with whatever build you like!! I don't think I saw it mentioned in previous posts but spectres also get 2 extra properties which is always useful as upkeep gets very expensive in the upper levels

In all reality kingt is telling the truth. Being 100% def w great sprite mounts you'll still lose half the time to me or venom. They aren't indestructible and more over don't make near the same gold
