The devs said you'll don't deserve a christmas/new year event due to someone shitting in their morning coffee.

Does someone actually run this game. I thought it was on auto pilot! The recycled last event and the no show of the Dev made me believe that.
Well. Someone please tell me who's in control.? Oh what happened to HOI keen?

Haven't heard of a dev in a ages.

Can anyone help? I have a player that got (my best guess) new device forgot his/her password and now can't retrieve there old account. Has e-mailed support 3 times and has not received a response. Has been more then a week. Is/are there any direct e mail addresses to dev's or support?
